These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pkslots website, mobile interface, and all services made available through the pkslots platform (collectively, "the Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game offered through pkslots, the Player agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.

pkslots reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the pkslots platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. The most current version of these Terms is always available at pkslots.im/terms-conditions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the pkslots platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• The Player must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pkslots does not permit access to any person below this age threshold.
• The Player must not be acting on behalf of or as an agent for any third party when using the Service.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of pkslots or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or gaming software providers.
• The Player must be accessing the pkslots Service in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with applicable local laws prior to registering.
• The Player must not have previously had a pkslots account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the pkslots platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pkslots reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

During the registration process, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. pkslots will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the pkslots support team immediately via live chat or email.

pkslots operates under an international gaming authority licence and is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

Players may be required to submit the following documentation during the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of payment method ownership, including screenshots or statements from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or the relevant bank account used for deposits.
• Any additional documentation that pkslots deems necessary to satisfy its regulatory compliance obligations.

pkslots may request KYC documentation at any point during the Player's use of the Service, not only at the time of withdrawal. Failure or refusal to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pkslots may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

pkslots accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT via TRC20 network. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name. pkslots does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Player, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the source.

pkslots does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Players are encouraged to review the applicable fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit within the pkslots platform.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the pkslots compliance team in writing.

pkslots processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day of approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's account must have a positive real-money balance sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-converted real funds can be withdrawn.
• pkslots reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month.

pkslots will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those verified and registered to the Player's account. Requests to withdraw funds to a third-party payment method will be declined.

pkslots offers bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered a minimum number of times before being converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period.
• pkslots reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that offer is not affected.
• Players who are identified as creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will have all associated bonus funds forfeited and accounts closed.
• pkslots will not award bonuses to Players who have self-excluded or who have active responsible gaming restrictions that conflict with the bonus type offered.

All games available on the pkslots platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant games — are governed by the specific rules of each respective game or sport, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence in relation to game outcomes only.

Random number generators ("RNG") used in pkslots casino and slot games are independently certified for fairness. pkslots does not guarantee any specific return to player percentage for any individual session. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages across large volumes of play and are not a guarantee of outcome in any individual gaming session.

Sports betting markets are subject to the settlement rules applicable to each sport and tournament. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error in any sports betting market, pkslots reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Decisions made by pkslots in relation to settlement of disputed sporting event outcomes are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkslots platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, which may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players, whether on pkslots or through external channels, to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud: Any attempt to use stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or misrepresented account information.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software not expressly authorised by pkslots to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using the pkslots platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. pkslots has an obligation to report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with a bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit made to a pkslots account. Players who initiate improper chargebacks will have their account permanently closed and the matter referred to debt recovery where applicable.

All content on the pkslots platform — including but not limited to the pkslots brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of pkslots or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkslots platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No part of the pkslots platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pkslots.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkslots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of the pkslots platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruption, or third-party payment processing delays.

pkslots makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free of errors or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. pkslots will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

The pkslots platform is provided "as is." The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkslots is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The Company acknowledges that gambling, while a form of entertainment for the majority of Players, can cause harm to a minority of individuals who develop problematic gambling patterns. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost through the pkslots account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit into their pkslots account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the total amount they can lose across a defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, the Player's account is paused for gaming activity until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set session duration reminders that generate on-screen notifications after a defined period of gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players can self-exclude for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. pkslots will not market to or accept gameplay from a Player who is under an active self-exclusion.

Players who require assistance with responsible gaming are encouraged to contact the pkslots support team via 24/7 live chat. Activation of responsible gaming tools is always immediate and does not require approval from pkslots staff.

pkslots reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• pkslots has a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity connected to the account.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires pkslots to do so.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the pkslots platform or other Players.

Where an account is closed by pkslots due to a proven breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited. In cases where no breach is substantiated, real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the pkslots support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures are processed within one (1) business day, and any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method.

pkslots collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The pkslots Privacy Policy is available at pkslots.im/privacy-policy.

By registering a pkslots account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of the Service.

pkslots does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to fulfil payment processing obligations through authorised payment partners.

pkslots reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their pkslots account or via a notification displayed upon next login to the platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the header section of this document. If a Player does not agree to amended Terms, they should cease using the pkslots platform and contact the support team to arrange voluntary account closure and return of any real-money balance.

pkslots operates under a licence issued by an international gaming regulatory authority. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the licensing jurisdiction of the issuing gaming authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the pkslots platform, Players are requested to contact the pkslots support team in the first instance to seek resolution through the internal complaints procedure. pkslots commits to acknowledging dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by the pkslots licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are provided upon request through the pkslots support team.

Decisions made by pkslots in relation to the settlement of sports betting markets and the outcomes of certified RNG-based casino and slot games are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of gaming outcome alone. Disputes in relation to payment processing, account management, and bonus administration are subject to the full dispute resolution process outlined in this section.
